As Chief Growth Officer, Rachael is responsible for making Starling famous by building and marketing our brand. She oversees the marketing, creative and brand teams, obsessed with standing out from the banking crowd and building a loyal base of customers.
Rachael joined Starling with 20 years marketing experience gained across a wide range of industries, working for brands such as Just Eat and Compare the Market. She specialises in digital marketing, using data and technology to deliver highly targeted customer experiences.
If she wasn’t at Starling, Rachael would be living by the Cornish coast with her husband, two sons and loyal cavapoo, ideally surfing everyday.
