Our Southampton office is still pretty new, so you’ll be joining a rapidly growing team. One in which results trump process, and everyone’s encouraged to pitch their ideas, no matter how big or bold! It’s a fast-paced, exciting and creative place to work where there’s plenty of collaboration and ownership of your own projects. Some will be entirely Southampton-based, others will see you working with the other Starling offices. Expect things to be hands-on, full speed and next-level.
