Our Manchester office is new, so you’ll be joining a rapidly growing team. At Starling, results trump process, and everyone’s encouraged to pitch their ideas, no matter how big or bold. It’s a fast-paced, exciting and creative place to work where there’s plenty of collaboration and ownership of your own projects. Some will be entirely Manchester-based, some will see you working with the other Starling offices.
As you’d expect from a fintech company, we’ll make sure you have all the tools you need to get your job done – and that they’re the very best in the business. We work on MacBooks, Mac minis, Chromebooks, and you’ll receive anything else you might need on request.
Lots of companies talk about transparency – but it’s something we really care about. We communicate and collaborate through Slack. This means company-wide channels, just-for-Manchester channels and the very, very niche (looking at you, #cheese).
