At Starling, we’re committed to doing the right thing – which means taking concerns about wrongdoing or misconduct seriously and making it easy for anyone to tell us what they’re worried about.
If you’ve seen something that could put our staff, our business or the public at risk, you can report it through our whistleblowing platform:
Your report will come straight to us and you can choose to include your name or remain anonymous – it’s your choice. After you’ve submitted it, you’ll be asked to create a Secure Inbox. This feature allows you to safely track the progress of your report and makes it easier for us to communicate with you directly.
Everything you share will be handled with care and kept strictly confidential.
If we don’t address your concern to your satisfaction, you can follow the FCA’s whistleblowing procedures or refer to the PRA’s whistleblowing processes. You can also get free, confidential advice from Protect, the UK’s whistleblowing charity.
