We’ve made some changes to our app, website and branding. Cleaner, bolder, more distinctively us.

So what’s new?
There’s no change to our great service, and our app still works exactly as you’d expect – just with a fresh new look.

More distinctive colours, including a richer purple and an electric teal.

New digital card designs arriving in-app soon, with updated physical versions replacing expired cards from next year.

We’ve dropped ‘Bank’ from our logo, so you can just call us Starling. You probably already do.

A modernised app icon, with fresh spending category icons and new fonts.
Do I need to do anything?
No, there’s nothing you need to do. Everything about our service and app, including logging in, is exactly the same as before. Just a little more simple, clean and beautiful.

What if something doesn’t look quite right?
All of our communications will gradually begin to look a little different to before. You might still see our old look in some places whilst we work on updating everywhere.
When any business changes how they look, scammers sometimes see an opportunity to take advantage. So remember:
We’ll never ask for your bank details, PIN or password, and we’ll never ask you to move money to ‘a new bank account set up for you’.
