How it works and where to find it

In the Starling app, go to the Account menu and select ‘Help’. From there, you’ll be able to search for your query, view the Top Help Questions or browse the entire help centre by topic area.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

You can speak to a member of our team by selecting ‘Get in touch’. If your request isn’t urgent, it’s best to tap ‘Send us a message’. That way, you’ll be able to get on with other things and one of our agents will send you a response.
